The Pavillon Dauphine was built in the middle of the 19th century at the edge of the Bois de Boulogne in Paris. Today it is used for weddings, receptions, conferences and other large events.
In 2016 the pavillon and surrounding gardens were remodelled and renovated by Saint Clair Traiteur under the supervision of the City of Paris, the Bois de Boulogne, the Inspection des Sites and the Architectes de Bâtiments de France.
Lynda Harris Paysagiste, working freelance for Philippe Niez Studio, was responsible for site supervision and contract management during the building phase of the gardens. The construction phase was complex with the requirements of a public commercial property conflicting with the obligation to protect and restore a listed historic building.
